I had some 3 days holiday programs in school , it about song and poems and i have done some art and craft . I do enjoy the class very much and hope to have some more . Mummy is helping me to search for classes. Hopefully next sunday i will be able to start the art class soon .

Graduation from Nursery

During the talk , Teacher Amy praise Denzil that he does behave well ion school , which i am happy to heard that .

1oct 2009 , is Children Day , and it a school holiday for me . The day before , teacher Amy , give us a small present, i like it . Below is the pictures.

3rd October 2009 , was 8月十五, i waited for mummy and daddy to come back and i can go down to celebrate mooncake festival to carry lantern. I am very excited , but the weather is not so good, suddenly it's rains quite heavily. I was afraid that they cancelled the plans.

But when they came back , mummy told me to change and get ready to go out to carry lantern to celebrate this festival .
As there are a few parks celebrating this event, mummy decided to move to a few places.

There was a celebration from the temple, and the event is located at the hard core opposite my place. Later around 9pm, we moved on to ponggol park . There i enjoy most cos i able to see magic show and play small fire work ....

MeiMei Janelle 's Full Month celebration

13 Of September 2009, God Ma & God Pa have a celebration for MeiMei Janelle Full Month. The celebration was located in the multi purpose hall located at Blk 183 near the carpark, at rivervale crescent.

Around 2plus in the afternoon, mummy decided to bring me up home for a nap, and bro Javier like to come along too, so mummy bring the two of us up.

While at home , we played alot of things, and we also sat on the bed to watch Cartoon.

After the show , we decided to play control car. I had a fun time together and i do enjoy it .

Grand Auntie Zhu came over to ah ma place and pass me a toy which she found it very cute but when mummy and ah ma saw the toy they was saying for sure within a day it toy will be dismantled and true enough the toy ( man sitting on the bicycle) was dismantle by me and i decided to put a tiger on his back ....

On 30Aug 09 , I had a birthday party , but the picture did not turn out ok , cos think when mummy use accidentally change the mode to manual so end up most of the group photos were blur.

A SPECIAL GUEST VISIT

On 15 August 09, there is a special guest going to visit ah ma's house. There was a dinner held downstair on the open field at ah ma place. This special guest is the Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr Kasit Piromya and our Minster of Foreign Affair , Mr George Yeo 's wife , Mrs Jennifer Yeo.

The RC chairman gave mummy a called and ask for permission for the home visit and ah ma and mummy agree.

Kranji Farm

Last night we didnot go back to SK , and we stayed overnight at my ah ma place. On 8 August09 ( Eve of National Day) , early in the morning mummy and daddy me up and we change and take our breakfast , and off we go to the vegetables farm, the Goat farm and etc . attached herewith the pictures.

School Event

15 July 09, in the morning was having heavily rain. Mummy first day of work back in IBP (international Business Park) in Jurong. She supposes to take her pre arrange car pool but the lady was late due to heavy rain. In order not to be too late on the first day of work, she took a cab with her two colleagues who were in SK waiting for the Car pool too.

As for me, as usual ah ma sent me to school. Cos of the heavy rain, Teacher Amy need to help out at the entrance of the school to take temperature for the rest of the students for K1 & K2 and Nursery.

Those who were in class early, we are instructed to take a book and read on our own. But it seem that there were not enough book for us to read, and I happen to like of the of the book took by my classmate, and I decided to borrow from him , but he refused so I snatch it away , as I turn around to walked away , I felt a sudden pain at my feet, then I realize that my classmate had beaten me , it was so pain that I started to cry , and this time teacher Amy heard and ran in to take a look , she was shocked about it, and bring my classmate to one side and explain to him what he had just done was wrong. As for me teacher Amy also told me not to snatch anything from our friend.

When mummy heard the news she was shocked. I thought tonight when mummy and daddy back home, I will be scolded, but surprisingly they did not but only tell me not to do that again.

Mount Faber and Henderson Wave

We went out for breakfast as usual for every Sunday . Today we went to town to have our breakfast and after breakfast , daddy & mummy decided to bring me up to the hilltop , which is Mount Faber . I was never been there before and i was very excited . I can see the Sentosa view from Mount Faber . When on the way back , mummy realise there is an entrance to the Southern Wave bridge . So we detour down to take a look. Daddy park his car at the road side and we went down for a walk . The weather is nice not so sunny , abit cloudy. We walk for about 30 20-30 min , and we decided to go back cos we had to pick up Sengkang Ah Ma from the church , furthermore mummy and daddy did not bring any water along so they were very thirty while i had my bottle of water with me ...below there are some pictures .

8 July 09- Corchet Part 2

After work as usual , Mummy , auntie Katherine and auntie Lai Ian went to Ikea to learn crochet.Daddy was laughing at mummy that she will learn half way . But i don't think so cos the second lesson she did two square. On Crochet term they are called Granny Square. She need to make at least 4 Granny Square and combine it to become a hand phone pouch .

Looking for New Place

Mummy took leave on tue 7 of july , she suppose to go to took her final theory test in Yio Chu Kang. She only realise that she had remembered the wrong date until the test had started. How blur is she. So she had to rebook her test again.

On her way back home, she called ah ma out and they went to look for child care center for me . Cos Mummy kept saying that PCF did not really teach much and everyday i do is reading story book and playing. In the child care centre they has already start to learn writing ABC and writing Chinese words in Nursery Two , yet i am still playing in the school.

They went through 4 Child Care Centre,Summary as follows:
1.Blk 946 Hougang St 92 , My Cradle Child Development. -Reach around 1120pm, abit nosey in the Nurery Class the chinese teacher who is a part time is abit rough, toilet is at the corner. N1, N2, K1 & K2 all sleep on the Bed which is elevated up. Toilet train during sleep time only parents instructed then they will teach.
Start recongising words and do writing for chinese and English . Spelling will start beginning on K1.
Overall abit messy.

2. Blk 926 HOugang Ave 9 , Saint Elmo's Child Care- Reach around 1230pm . The environment is quiet , the elder one had finish their meal and contiune they lesson and the Nursery 2 are having their meal.
Yet to Start recongising words and do writing for chinese and English . Spelling will only start mid of K1. Overall abit slow in teaching.

3. Blk 324 Hougang Ave 9 , AceKidz Creative Educare-
The area is small and windy , Start recongising words and do writing for chinese and English . Spelling will start in K1 Feburary . Will have to be in waiting list.

4. Blk 434 Hougang Ave 8 , A & J Child Care-
Reach around 130pm . Nursery and K1& 2 are in sepearte place. So they will not mix one another. The toilet is very open and it in the centre of the two nurseries classes, so that they teachers can see the kid when they go to toilet . All the N2 children has been toilet train and they are using pamper during their sleep .
Very clean.
Had Started recongising words and do writing for chinese and English . Spelling will start in K1 Feburary. N2 now is full will have to start next year , but can consider half day . Everything will be on waiting list .

5. Blk 606, Hougang Ave 4 Child Care & Family Centre , did not see much , also on waiting list .

So now mummy have to wait for A & J child Care and Touch Child Care call to see when they have available place to put me in . If there is i will have to go in either half day or whole day .

Mummy was requested to attend a climate change workshop by the RC , so 26 June 09, early in the morning around 8plus in the morning , she had went to paya lebar CC at Kovan. Daddy sent her there, and i stayed at home with ah Ma in SengKang.

The all workshop was talking on the greenhouse effect on the earth and the sea level is rising , every 1mm sea level rise , there is a 10m of land been cover by the sea, and Singapore government is doing some measurements to prevent this to happen . There are hard and soft measures.

Last Tueday, mummy was home late , and in the next morning realise she went to learn to do corchet within a night she manage to finish one project .Below is the picture

Taiwan Hokkien Opera

Last night , 老舅, 老舅母( pronounce in Hokkien) ，and 小舅 ask us to go to for to bukit batok to see Taiwan Hokkien Opera & dinner. Since i love to see Opera ( all sort of show) , mummy , ah ma agree to go .

When i reach there, first time i go is to see the Opera , what is the different between normal opera and opera from Taiwan . Firstly of course the language is different ( Hokkien) , secondly , the costume are very bright and shiny . During the show , i asked mummy what are they singing , but mummy cannot ans me , cos she does not know how to listen to the language and she does not appreciate watching this , at least ah ma and 公公 can explain to me .

When the show end , i wanted to take a picture with them , but most of them had took off their costume except one, and he is so kind to ask me to go up the backstage to take a picture with me , sitting on his lap .

He told 公公, mummy and 小舅 that they will be performing this coming 六月初十 at paya lebar temple, and the costume will be even nicer and prettier.

I have make mummy to bring me there on that day, if not for sure ah ma and 公公 will bring me there.

Weekend is over. I am looking forward the next trip either end of year or next year. But before we go for it , i think i better gather all my energy which i had use up during the last two days.
In the evening , as usual , went to play ball machine, and i won an colouring using water colour . Below is the piece of art which i had done

malacca trip on 13 -14 June 09 ( 2D1N)`

Mummy and auntie Geok Eng had prepare this trip for the pass 2-3 week and finally manage to get a hotel for 16 of us inlcude 3 kids.
We set off early in the morning 6am, I was so excited that i cannot even slept that night. I woke up as early as 1am , but ah ma , daddy and mummy pursude me to go back to sleep .
Around 5am, once the alarm rang, i woke up and get ready to set off. This is my frist oversea trip that is why i am so excited.

Cos it is a private tour , the bus manage to come over to pick us up at our places, (hougang( ah Ma house) , sengkang and Jurong west ). We wait for the Bus to arrrive at 6am and by 8 am , we reach Yong Peng for breakfast. After our breakfast , we set off to Pabu pahut ( mo Yu Temple).At the temple , i manage to get a help from one Big bro to carry me to "Mo" the big fish. After that we set off to Malacca for lunch.
We reached Malacca at around 2pm, Granduncle and the rest were very hungry , luckily , bro jared, sis jorene and me have some bread for us to eat during the trip so we are just alright. Once we reach there, we went to have Nyona Lunch. After lunch , we carry one to Jonker street, and i bought a ben 10 gun.

Around 4 plus in the afternoon, we set off to the Hotel. After check in the hotel on the way to the apartment , mummy sprain her leg.
Our hotel , is a apartment , 1 kitchen , 1 living room and 2 bedrooms.

At around 630pm, we set off for our portguese dinner. After our dinner, the boss of the portguese resturant , sang us some portguese song and we had our group photos taken there too.

After our dinner, we went to jonker street for shopping.

The next day, we suppose to go to the Red house , but since those aunties wanted to have some shopping so we decided not to go but we went shopping in the morning after breakfast.

In the shopping centre , Granduncle yau wanted to buy me some toys, but on the way there, i saw a mac , n i decided granduncle to get me the Monster Vs Alien toy instead.

During the trip , i stick to one of my young yiyi, xiao dao yi, cos she is very nice to me , she will not scold me and she even play with me .

Overall , I do enjoy my trip very well. Hopefully mummy and auntie Eng will organise it every year or end of this year .

Last Weekend we are abit busy . On Saturday , Mummy had booked a show name Ginger Bread man , at 10am in the morning. And the show we went to Immigration to collect daddy passport so that this weekend we can go to Malacca ....

On On Sunday Morning , we went to Bottle tree park .

There are so many trees in the world, but why specifically Bottle Tree? The Bottle Tree is unique simply because of its shape. It is huge and it takes about four adults, with outstretched hands, to encircle the trunk.
Bottle Tree Pte Ltd wants to play a part in helping to conserve nature in Singapore and has since adopted a rustic environment. Apart from Bottle Trees, Grass trees, giant ferns and palms, also imported from Australia can be seen around the Bottle Tree Village (宝瓶村) and Bottle Tree Park (宝瓶庄). In Bottle Tree Park, you will also get to see more than 30 types of fruit trees around the park.

We found some fruit trees and vegetables and flowers like , coconut, starfruit , rambutan , chili, winter melon, wheat grass, milk fruit, papaya , pineapple , forget me not and etc.

Annual Event - Qing Ming 2009

One year had pass, times really pass so fast . it times for 3 families to gather together to go and pray our ancestors . This year uncle suan decided to join us to go for qing ming , at first we wanted to pick him up but in the end he decided to take a train instead.....

Last Thursday , I finally go to Singtel shop to get a new HP and to change my mobile provider , suppose to get sonyericsson C902 , but got o singtel shop in AMK hub , but singtel doesnot have that anymore. Therefore i decide to get another model, which is a touch screen, and i choose LG the viewty which have camera 5MB and etc...

Actually i am not familiar with the Phone, so decided to bring to office to let my colleagues teach me ... hehe ... so they play around the phone and we decided take some pictures

Weekend at Pasir Ris Park

Rain started on 6am in the morning and it ended around 8plus , Denzil wake up around 8am and we decided to bring him to have the horse ride in Pasir Ris Park .

We sent my mil to the church and we headed had a breakfast it the Vegetarian Coffee shop at at Hougang Ave 7 , Denzil and me share a bowl of "prawn" noddle and daddy had a plate of rice and mix vegetables and etc.

After our breakfast cum lunch , we headed to our destination , Pasir Ris Park to see the Pony .... When we reach there Denzil was excited ... he wanted to have the ride ( price S$10.00 per round- which around 2-3min , max 4 min ) , we went to get the ticket but when we were about to purchase the ticketing counter told us it close for the day .....so what we can do is to let denzil to see the pony....

After the pony photo taking , we decided to walk along the park and we reach elis park where there are a few playgroup for kids to play...

After our Alpha Marriage Course , we went down to Chinatown to had some desert . We went to the famous desert stall in chinatown , thinking to have Yam paste but in the end we decided to have the Mango Milk snow Ice. Satay Session

As Usual , after work , we will go out and take our dinner. ( Denzil will had his at home , Home cooked) We decided to walk to the coffee shop near Xin Min Primary school to had our dinner. While ordering our food, we decided to order denzil favourite satay .

When the satay came , he was so happy and excited. He wanted to take one and eat . But i told him to wait for all of us to finish our meal and we will start together.

So he quickly finish his bread and wait eagerly for us to finish our dinner. Once we finish he was the first one to take ..... attached are some photos , see how he enjoy his satay .

Exercising activity In Pasir Ris Park -18 March 09

For the past few week , we had been planned to go for exercise but duw to the weather it was cancel . Finally on the 18 of March 09, the weather is good and we manage to make it. Total we have 10 of us, 3QS,1 admin and 1 Contract Manager from my company and 4 QS and 1 Contract Manager from our JV .

We decided to go to the nearerst park , Pasir Ris Park . Some of us will go for running and some will go for cycling .

A few collegues of mine decided to do cycling instead , and we start at 630pm and we ended at 735pm.

By 8pm most of us, had finish our exercising , and we are packing and get ready to go off. By then we realise that that two of our team members had gone missing, and we decided to go and look for them some of us try to call their mobile but they did not ans the phone . we were so worry .... after half an hour later , we manage to find the two blur collegues.

We decide that next week , if we go there for excerising again, we will not left the two of them to run together , if not they will get lost again.

Play On 8th March 09

8 of March 09 , we went to ART House to see a Play organise by ACT 3 international .
Act 3 has a Children Festive and they are celebrating their 10th anniversary.
ACt 3 is the Singapore 's premier International Arts Festival for Children . They have exceptional and inspiring line up of high up of high quality Performance of theatre, puppetry film , shadow play , music , digital animation , and a very special circus!

What we are watching on 8 of March is the Title Name : The StoryTeller ( venue at The Art HOuse , Chamber Duration : 60min)

The Troll family preparing for Old Grampa Troll's 200th birthday and the whole forest has been invited to the grand celebration .

There is just one big problem , - Grampa Troll doesn't want to party and weon't come out from the tree stump!! But he cannot resist the Magic of the story telling , he came out . The story telling based on the Han Christian Andersen's The Princess and the Pea, the Emperors New Clothes and The Nightingale.

There is a combining live music using fun instruments such as accordion flute , autoharp, cowbells with physical comedy , masks , improvisation and audience interaction.

Drama Series

Mummy always love to watch HK drama series, but it only abit troublesome to covert it to mpeg.file so that she can watch it on the TV instead of computer. Recently she was recommended by her colleague to purchase this Media Player which can read rmvb.file without converting it , can can connected to the TV to watch.She is very excited about it cos she has alot of drama series pending for her and grandma to watch. With this Player, she need no do conversion and waste the time and $$ to purchase DVD disk . What she need is a Hard disk . She did have a spare Hard disk capacity 120GB , but it's full now. She is planning to purchase a 500GB disk or maybe 320GB. Her colleagues is getting HK drama series from her too. I heard those series are most updated type. There is one as long as 82 Chapter. Attached is how the Player look like.

Yesterday we went to Vivo City for shopping and mummy met a " crazy woman" . She walk pass me and accidentally knock my head, and she did not even bother to apologise , but turn around and face mummy and start to scold in all the F*** U out, then she told my mum that she is not scold her she is scolding the one behind her. Mummy contiune to look at her , and she walk over and asked her , why she is staring at her? Not Happy ? Go out and settle loh !!! Mummy told her off and she start to scream and shout non stop , and daddy step in . Asking her what is the matter, she start to tell daddy off , saying it non of his business and her F word out again. Daddy reason with her but she is like a mad woman scream and shout and all her F word and CB words all out from her mouth . She told daddy that she is protected by Women Law. Wonder what it is matter ? And she suggest to call the security or the police ,and we agree, but she dare not do it,and before she walk away she shouted, do not let her see us outside. This is a threaten ....

So we contiune our shopping , and we walk pass Colettee shop and the woman is complaining to her friend who is working in that shop , and once she saw us she start again , this we walk over to the customer services to complain and ask the security to step in , while approaching the customer services , Mummy saw her firend told that woman we go and compain , she that woman walkes away. But even she walks away , we start continue to complain to the security to let them handle this matter.

Mummy New Hobby

I realise mummy recently had a new hobby which is called knitting. A month ago, she start to pick up knitting and start to do a scarf , from a shop which is located in Amg mo kio ave 10. On the other hand, ah ma knew knitting when she was young also like to do something after see mummy doing it everyday. Now mummy is almost finish the scarf, and God ma , Shirly going to give birth to a baby girl , ( i am going to have a god sis soon) , she plan to do a blanket for her as a full month gift , but do not know whether can manage to finish on time for her birth in august 08. Mummy search high and low for the blanket pattern finally she manage to found one which is not too difficult for her to understand . Mummy promise me if this blanket she can finish for mei mei, she will do one for me too and she will also do for kor kor Javier and cousin mei mei jorene and cousin kor kor jared. But have whether she can finish and see the outcome of this project frist
this is yarn mummy bought on sunday, and the outcome till now. She just started yestersday.

This is how the end project to be like , hope mummy can finish the project soon.

Updates on mummy's work

These 3 month mummy is trying to get use to the new envoironment working in the new company . Her site now is in Tampines which is only half and hour bus journey and 15 moin car journey if daddy send her there. By the end of may , she will be going back to HQ which is in Jurong and according to her senior she is going to one of the site ( solar plant) near birds' park , the journey there is even more further then her present company.

Recently mummy is very into cooking , kueip lapis , fatt gao, oink oink, and etc. she also into knitting too. Her new project , she is doing a scarf , for the pask week , she has redo the knitting for at least 4 times hopefully she will able to finish the scarf soon. heard the coversation between mummy and daddy , her plan is to learn to knit sock and bags and also vest, but we will see how determination she has to finish all these task.

Last week , she went to driving center to take up the driving course , and her frist basic test will be 7 of july 2008. Hope she will pass her exam.

New Working Place

Finally mummy had shift to the new working place which is located at Jurong International Business Park . First day of work she woke up at around 615am cos she arrange to meet the carpool at 7am at Yio Chu Kanf Mrt station. But in the end the carpool came late , he came around 720am, end up genna some jam, and she manage to reach her new working place at 815am.

Her frist daywork , she felt very bored , cos her boss just gave a a handout to read and her laptop was not ready yet. so she read the handout again and again. nearly fall alseep. Furthermore , she is not feeling well , ( down with flu and abit of cough) . Later in the afternoon, the laptop is ready but it only temporary , cos her new laptop is not ready . ( Better then dun have)

She also got the news that she is been transfer to tampines site ( on thursday ) , what a relief cos it very near our place at least mummy need not wake up so early. She will station there to close account ( at least a few month) by then she will know whether she is sutiable in that working enviornment.

Then one day thru mummy and daddy, ah ma conversation , i realise that mummy is going to resign from her work place which she has been working for the pass 5 years and 4month. This is the company which send her to Terminal 3 to work for around 4 year and she is very happy there , cos she met alot of people and friends there. I can see from her expression for the past few days , she is struggling to make a decision whether to leave or to stay... cos she has feeling for those colleagues like Aunties,( leo ,Karen, Toh , Celia,lionel , gladys and etc) she will definitely miss the laughing time she had with them. She afraid once she go over to the New company , she will not be able to adopt the new environment, furthermore the new place is located at Jurong. It seem that Mummy always like to look for job which is far away.....

Finally i think last Friday , she decided to tender her resignation letter to her boss , Mr S.F Wong. She is now wonder how he will react. Hope he will mad at her. Cos she just want to change a new environment for a while. Hope she will understand.

Something wong after 2nd day of school

Denzil seem alright in class when we left him there for 2 days. But on Friday, his Ah ma, Bring him to school ,he stick to her like super glue and told her that he do not want to go in. He cry in class for the first time , for not letting her to go out of the classroom. Teachers were a bit surprise.

I was not feeling very well that day , so had to see doc , after consulting the doc about my vomiting and diarrhoea, i went to school for a look.

Teacher then told me what happen.

Maybe during normal days , when we bring him back to my mum's place, we will left him there and go out to do our own thing, so he get used that we will "disappear" but for Ah Ma, she is always there for him. Ah Ma seldom disappear and say bye in front of him. Maybe because of that he cried.

Luckily he cried for a while , after that he manage to join in the class activities.

Hope next week everything will be fine.

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL

Last night , mummy set the alarm to ring at 7.45am, i think she is more excited then me who is going school today, cos it seem that she kept waking up to see whether she miss the alarm.

Finally , reach 745am, she quickly wakes daddy up , and switched the air con , fan and open the windows and door so that i can wake up myself but i continue to sleep soundly , only wake up when daddy came to disturb me.

Once i waked up , mummy quickly ask daddy to prepare water for me to bath and let me have my breakfast ( milk ) , and set off to school , ( which is opp ah ma 's place).

We reach the school on the dot, and once we reach the place, mummy bring me in, at first i do not really like it , but once i enter i saw there are a few kids and mummy asked me to go and mix with them , so i did.

There are 8 in the class, but only 6 ( including me ) attended the first lesson. One of them is 3 year old , the rest are with a few month younger or almost the same age as me.

I start to get excited, so there are so many kids to play with me. After awhile , mummy told me she is going to toilet ( which is located outside the classroom) , but once she went out , she never come into the classroom again.

There is a boy who mummy wanted to leave the classroom, he cried and cried, end up he followed his mum back home, teacher say i am brave boy , cos mummy went out the classroom , i still can wave bye to her.

Very fast the class end at 11am, teacher hold my little hand and walk me out of the classroom, there is mummy , sitting outside with a few my my friends' mum.When mummy heard what the teacher commented on my behave , her eyes shines, and bend down to say :"you are a brave little boy, mummy so proud of you. "

It was a tiring day for me too, after my class , i had my lunch and fall asleep after that till 4pm ....

I hope daddy and mummy can bring to to school everyday .....

School for Next Year

Last Friday , Mummy took half day leave and go with daddy to register for the new school nest year .When we went there , we found out that the school had close for holiday, so mummy panic and called the person in charge for assistant. Finally , she manage to contact the teacher and they went over to her place for registation. The orientation will be held in thrid week of December.

The school i am going in is Talent Playgroup. I am going there to meet alot of friends.

Today, early int he morning , mummy suggested Daddy to bring me to her work place since it has been open to the public in the month of Novemeber . So after my breakfast , we happily start our journey to the airport. Still remember , last time when a few month old, grandpa will send mummy to work , and ah ma will bring me along, and mummy will bring me in so did daddy, and i will see alot of uncles.... Mummy's colleagues.... and not forgetting her boss too....
When we reach our destination, the security guard told us the open house will be on 12 of Novemeber 07, not now. At the moment , it only open to pre arrange group tour only, but mummy has the pass, even though the security guard knew my mum, still he still do not allow us to enter. So end up , we went to Terminal 1 & 2 for a walk.
So mummy suggest to daddy to go again next week .

Oh not forgetting, mummy's company has tender a project called Singapor Sport Hub , it was announce on Monday news at night. There are 3 bidders, mummy's company is the horse shoe design, team is : Singapore Gold. Hope her company will win the project.
Heard from her, her colleagues who involves in this tender work very hard for it and put in alot of effort .

Weekends

Last satursday , in the afternoon , daddy brought me to meet mummy after her work around 2plus . We went to Picture Me to collect her Company Dinner & Dance Picture which was taken together with Daddy , after collected the pictures , on the way down to the food court for lunch , i happen to saw some rides ... one of them is my farvour , CARS..... so i drag daddy and mummy over there ..... while i was playing , a group of jie jie happen to passby and asked permission to take some photos of me ... they are from some girls school (cannot remember ) , they said they are taken for their project. So daddy and mummy agree. After they took my pictures, mummy ask them to email to her. Those jie jie are so nice they did email to her and mummy finally recieve on Monday .
Hope those jie jie's rpject will get good marks.....

Mummy finally bought a new PC on last sat at Vivo city , and now at night when she has time she will start to update my detail to all my firends and cousins.

Recently mummy is very very busy with her work, though she just final closing tender, she is still rushing for another one which is the new Yishun Hospital - Name Khoo Teck Puat Hospital which willl able to cater 550-bedded general acute care hospital to serve the Northern Region of Singapore and it located between Yishun Central and Yishun Central 1 (between Yishun Polyclinic and Yishun Pond)
the hospital will have a healing environmement with a effect of hospital within garden , garden within hospital and surrounding patient with nature . Mummy will update a picture of the new hospital for us to view as below:-

Mummy still will be a very busy sechdule till beginning of Novemeber . But she manage to find a bti if time update my blog.

On 3 of september 07 , was Ah Ma's birthday , daddy came over to hougang after his work to celebrate birthday with her. And we got her a vase of flowers. I was so happy because i will have a chance to eat my favourite snack .... CAKES.

Recently mummy is so busy with her work till she is working late these few week. She has been working till around 10 plus almost everyday . So when daddy is not working , he will go over to pick up mummy . But she make an effort not to go back on sat so that she has time for me. I heard from her that recently they are rushing for tender. What is this word "Tender" which made mummy have to work so late these few days.

{TENDER : mean format offer to supply goods or carry work at a stated price. It like bid , offer or quotation to the owner , if the quotation / price is within the owner budget , then the job is yours}

on 19 of August 2007, Mummy bought some tickets from auntie Susan to see FireWorks in the new Stadium.Daddy was working that day , but he told mummy and me he will try his best to make it to the Firework which is start at 9pm .

I went with Ah Ma, Gong Gong and mummy . We took a train to City Hall and walk down to the change alley which will link to the ' Durian ' . OWWWW... there were alot of people there , chinese say ren shan ren hi..... there were a huge crowd walking to the new floating stadium. After a long and squeeze walk , we finally manage to reach the destination.

"OMG, we have to climb at least 4-5 storey stair to reach the seating gallery...... " Mummy exclaimed!!!!!

Luckily for me, i was carried by gong gong, so it ok for me..hehe
When we reached there, Auntie Yvoone came over to pass us a cloth for us to dry the seat ( cos it was raining that whole day) . I manage to see jie jie Vernelle , who is Auntie Yvoone's daugther.

When Mummy go the ticket , we will not be able to sit together with mummy's firends so mummy carried me over to the other platform to meet all Aunties, like Adelina, Shallen , Teo and Yvonne.
I was so shy that day , that when auntie Adelina want to carried i refused....
but miss Auntie Shallen cos she went to washroom..... but luckily i manage to see my girlfirend Danielle how she look like.... ( finally manage to see her, must ask mummy to bring me to auntie shallen's place often so that i can communcate more with her hehehe.....) oh not forgetting , I also manage to see little bro Huey... he still look the same so chubby....

After saying "Hi" to everyone, we went back to our seats and get really to see the Fireworks.

Satursday Firework was presented by China Lido FireWorks. It was very exciting and colourful. Mummy will upload some videos and picture to the blog ( after daddy fix up a new computer for her. Cos her laptop hard disk was crash)

It was a wonderful and colourful night,which i most enjoy...
Hope mummy will book again next year .....

From Mummy:
enjoy the night , but suffer when we go home . Cos genna stuck in the jam for an hours plus.... Will re-consider whether will go for this agin next year if there is... but to see how enjoy Denzil was that day , I might think twice again

Flying Kites

One of the weekend evening , the weather was good and windy, we suddenly remembered that we did buy a kite but never have a chance to use it. Since today weather seem to be good we decided to bring Denzil down to let him have a chance to fly kite.

it was our frist experience to fly kite, mummy and daddy tried a few times , finally manage to do it.... as for me , i am happily running around on the grass and when i am tired i even lay down..... it was quite fun.... will ask mummy to upload some picture to show all of you

Bird Park Trip

Mummy took an urgent leave on last Thursday , 19 July 2007, suppose to bring me to Zoo, but due to the heavy rain in the morning ,we end up IN the Singapore Birds Park in Jurong. We went there early in the morning , we have our late breakfast cum lunch in one of the restaurant , Mummy and daddy had their burger and me ... haha , i have my favour food , noddle ... but to adult it actually known as pasta.

After the meal, we start our journey in the Birds' Park. First Stop will be in the Penguin , then we move on talking birds - which are parrots, we also went to the Tallest Men Made Wall fall. The water look very dirty and smelly , but in the picture it look alright. I even known a American jie jie.

After all the walk in the Park , i am very tired , and we decide to go home.... mummy will update the picture in the Birds Park soon ....
I will write more in the next post .....

Farm Trip

On one of the sunday , after sending granny to Church , my parents decided to bring me to a farm visit in Lor Halu.... to see Horse , turkey ,swans , rabbits , goats and etc. But when we reached there , we realised that the horse what "rent" to sentosa for show. It was a small little farm which a few animals but i am very excited cos i didnot see them with my eyes before , ( only in picture) , i wanted to touch them especially the rabbits and the goats, but mummy do not allow me to do so , and she instructed daddy too.... Too bad i can only see with my eyes instead.

Ah Ma went to Taiwan without Me

On Vesak Day , was ah ma and ah gong 30 wedding anniversary . So mummy and daddy sponsor them to Taiwan tour for 7 days . When i first knew that they are going to tour my first reaction was " Oh No who is going to take care of me ........... mummy work and daddy working night shift ... am i going to take care of my own .... how !!!! what will happen to me .... Ah can you don't go ....." but later i realise that mummy going to take a few days leave and to bring me back to Sengkang while ah ma and ah gong was on tour, then i feel relief. Do not Spoil Our Kids

I will summaries some paragraph which will ring a bell to some parents or grandparents.

" As parents, we are all guilty at one time or another of protecting our children and forsaking the need to enforce the important value of discipline.

For example, my mother ( author's mum) has always believed that her grandchildren should eat every meal , regardless of the food placed in front of the child, so that the child does not go hungry . But what happens if the child choose not to eat the home cooked food provided for him / her?Fast food will be the alternative , so the child can still eat something and be full . The child then learns that if she throws a tantrum or refuses the home cooked food , she will be "rewarded" with fast food or whatever other food she prefers.
This resulted in one of her grandchildren solely eating fast food at every meal , such that when the family went on an outing , it had to be close to fast food restaurant to make it easy to buy food for her In the end, the child put on an unhealthy amount of weight but my mum did not mind , as long as the child was not hungry ."

Granted , it is difficult to enforce discipline and i am often guilty of this. Once of my son was planning to attend a concert, bu he was grounded by his father that day before for something he did. I appealed to my husband to let the child attend the concert anyway.

That was when i realise I was spoiling our my child. If he had been allowed to go , it would mean that his misdemeanour was of no consequence.

Initially, it was difficult for me to accept this as I wanted my son to enjoy the concert that he had been looking forward for a long time. It was also difficult for me to see any of my children being punished.

I had committed the logical fallacy of miscericoriam- an appeal to pity. As i do not like to see my children miserable, hungry or experiencing discomfort, I sometimes try top overwrite the punishment that my husband deals out to our children. Luckily for me, my husband stands by his beliefs and refuses to let any of four children get away with the blue murder. "

Sad Weekends

Last weekends, ah Ma and daddy both were down with flu and cough , both of them had to see doctor on sat and sunday morning respectively. So left with me and mummy who are well. Mummy no choice have to look after me during the last weekends. With Mummy around, i can jump , climb and do anything as what she always say that i am a king . Ha ha ... We suppose to go to zoo on sat , but cos daddy was not feeling well , we have to post phone to another week .

Ah ma always complain to mummy that with her around i refused to sleep and more naughty then before. Of course !!! I only see her in the evening , she sure give in to me alot and seldom scold me.

But last weekend, i think i am too naughty until , she really shout at me and give me a very fierce look. The re son behind this was, i have 2 nap time , one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I manage to took the nap in the morning g. but afternoon , i refused , and scream and scream until mummy have no choice to beat me ..... sob sob....

Even i cry , mummy still did not give in to me and insist i have to take my afternoon nap... i cry until very tired and manage to fall alseep...
In the evening , mummy and daddy decided to bring me to ponggol park for a walk ....
that is how i spend my weekend.

God Ma Shirly and God Pa Henri Big Day

2nd July 06 , was my one of my god parents Big Day. Their wedding lunch was held in Fullerton Hotel. Mummy and God Ma Joleena went down to the hotel very early to do their make up and god pa William was the one who sent them there . Cos he also one of the co-ordinate. Daddy in charge of the video and sound , so he will fetch ah ma and ah kong and me to the wedding lunch. I am so exciting and i am going to see how beautiful god ma Shirly going to be. I heard from Mummy that they are having a dance during the second march in , which is not common in normal wedding.... why??? i thought all wedding is the same.... Never mind , i think when i grow up i will understand what mummy means.

Mid day of the Week

Mummy did something new today again. She update a software call photobucket ,which show me taking my brown rice. Ah ma is the one who fed it, actually i do not really like it but no choice. Mummy and ah ma say must try everything in order to know which is good for me.

As what i have stated in my previous post , mummy was on site for past few days , in the end she finally fall sick on monday afternoonm but she had a meeting to attend, so she endure until it ends. She was on MC on tueday , finally i am with mummy , ah ma and ah kong for the whole day!!!!!but she do not have the energy to play with me much.... Nevermind , i will wait for her to recover so that she has all her energy and time to accompany me during the weekends.

New Discovery

I heard from mummy that these few days she went to site to work ( Changi Terminal 3) , and daddy had to send her to work . I hope that mummy can take a few photos of T3 . I remember when i was younger , i did followed ah ma and daddy to send her or pick mummy up from site. I even went into the office too , and met some of her engineers and colleagues. But last year October, she was transfer back to HQ which is located at Shenton Way, but if the site need her help , she still have to go back to site.

Oh i need to announce one thing , mummy manage to do a flick show of me and upload to the blog. My mum is not good at computer, but she manage to do this for me , i am so happy. Good job mummy !!!!!

My First day

Hi ,

all aunite and uncle , i came to this earth on 31 of august 05 in the late evening . My birthday is same as my mummy. I was born at 2.23kg in Raffles Hospital . When i came out of the operating threatre , my two grandmas and my grandpa were there to welcome me.

Not Forgetting , My two godparent, Gandma shirly and Godpa Henri. They were there when i can out from the threatre room too....hehee....Later , there comes my another god parent, Godma Joleena and God pa William.

Hi, to tell all of you , I actually have 2 god parents , so shoudl have a lot of presents during birthday and christmas...... haha
